Change IT is AIESEC Iasi‘s initiative to make a change in the local environment, focusing its attention towards the IT domain, envisioning the development of the market from this area.
What do we bring new with this initiative is the fact that we offer students the chance to develop themselves both personal (AIESEC Iasi will hold soft-skills enhancing trainings) and professional (they will work in teams to develop projects given by our partner companies) before starting their international internships.
This project is a follow up of our spring recruiting campaign because the members that were recruited for the IT domain, one of the domains of AIESEC’s Global Internship Program, are now participants in Change IT.
At time being, there are 13 new members that are already interns for our partner companies: Brainshore and Soft&Service, between May and July.
AIESEC IASI organizes a networking event called "Change IT". This will be held on the 17th of June, in the conference room inside of Romtelecom’s building, starting at 7PM. The event will run under the motto: “Meet people, companies, opportunities”. Through this action we want to fully thank out partners and to present the benefits that Change IT and other AIESEC projects can offer to both students and companies with IT profile.
