What is your career now and what was AIESEC's role in developing it?
I am a treasurer in Dephi Paris, responsible for the financial transactions in Europe, Middle East and Africa. It's an internship that I applied through AIESEC's database and it comes as a complementary specialisation to my university major, tourism, trade and services.

First and most important, more self confidence, then improved skills in communication and time management, a larger network of contacts. -
What is the coolest thing you've done in AIESEC?
Going on an internship. -
What is your career now and what was AIESEC's role in developing it?
I am now working as a transport manager, in a freight forwarding transport company that is located in Lithuania, and they are looking to create partnerships with carriers and factories in other countries. I got here through an internship provided by AIESEC, after being a member for two years; two years in which I had the opportunity to develop on a professional and personal level.

What are the changes that AIESEC brought in your life?
During my experience in AIESEC as a team-leader for more than a year, I have found the path which I want my career to take. The experience gained as a Branding Manager was decisive during the interview for the traineeship which I now fulfill as a graphic designer. Because of AIESEC not only do I know what I want to do in my career, but I already started doing it! -
What is the coolest thing you've done in AIESEC?
Probably the coolest thing I've done is attend the innumerable parties and conferences, where having fun was an understatement. AIESECers really know how to have fun and enjoy their work at the same time, it's a great organization offering great opportunities for professional as well as personal development. -
What is your career now and what was AIESEC's role in developing it?
I have started working as a graphic designer for 2 months now, but the company chose me over other people because of my experience in graphics which I obtained during my one year leadership in the Marketing Department in AIESEC, so without it, I might not have gotten the job.
